Open the game, go to the menu button in the top right, choose Full Game, and tap Restore Purchases.

Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Purchases are tied to the account, not to the device. Restoring is free and can be done as many times as you need.

Your purchase moves with your Apple Account — use Restore Purchases as above.

Your progress — stars, repairs, records — is stored on the device itself and does not currently transfer to a new one. Cloud sync is planned for a future update. We are sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime; if you have lost a lot of progress, write to us and we will do what we can to help.

Yes, completely. Every level, the Daily Harvest and Zen Pantry all run without a network connection. An internet connection is needed only to make or restore a purchase, and for Game Center leaderboards.

One purchase unlocks everything, permanently: all 150 levels across seven farm districts, every district restoration, Weekly Waterworks, Elder Trials, and the complete mastery, achievements and scrapbook.

There are no ads, no energy timers, no lives to wait for, no subscription, and nothing else to buy. Stars and repairs you earned during the free levels stay yours.

Tap the lamp button in the lower right of the board for a hint. If you fail the same level three times, the game offers to show you a working route.

Remember that clearing crops opens channels for water, and that sluice gates turn one step each time you clear beside them. Most hard levels are about the order of moves rather than speed.

Settings has Reduce motion, Haptics and Visual effects toggles, plus separate music and effects volume. The game also follows your system Reduce Motion setting.

Every crop has a distinct shape as well as a distinct colour, so the board is readable without relying on colour alone. The game supports VoiceOver.

All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple rather than from us, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If something in the game is not working as it should, please write to us first — we would rather fix it.

Deleting the app removes everything it stores from your device. We hold no data about you at all — see the privacy policy.

To start over while keeping the app, there is no reset button in the released game; deleting and reinstalling gives you a fresh farm. Your purchase can be restored afterwards.
